Since I’ve been married, I’ve done a lot more traveling than I’m used to. This has meant changing up my wardrobe to have things that are more on the comfortable side. Nathan and I also got a German Shepherd puppy a couple months ago, and that has only added to the fact that high heels + bus life + dog = not happening. Don’t get me wrong, I still wear my heels, just not everyday like I was used to. That being said, this post is just a fun comfy and cute outfit that allows me to walk up mountains – quite literally. These pictures were taken on the Million Dollar Highway in Ouray, Colorado. It is the cutest little town nestled in some serious mountains.
About the Look
The shoes are a comfy sneaker-boot merger by Steve Madden. The cute zipper details on either side give it a little extra interest. The top is a Free People sweater. I adore the quilted pieces stitched in to the wide sleeves to take it to the next level. Of course the important accessories are my bella sunglasses from DIFF eyewear and my GSD Chloe!
